WELCOME TO GRIT
Grit is a 6 week long interactive course with me.
We explore ourselves and the World through Yoga, Breathwork, Circle time & Journaling.
This is perfect for all who need to challenge their stories they have created for themselves and explore something else.
We will work on a buildable asana practice with twice weekly Yoga, Thursday & Sunday mornings. We will invest into deepening our breath with pranayama practice. We will learn from eachother and hold community with circle time. We will bring subconscious into consciousness through journalling.
